- Two-night stay requested on weekends,
June through October, if your stay includes Friday or Saturday

- Apple Fest week-end we do require 3 night stay, either Thur.,
Fri., Sat. or Fri., Sat., Sun nights.
- Adults only. Our home is not suitable
for children or pets.
- All rooms have private baths.
- Rates include breakfast. Breakfast is
served 8:00-9:30 am. Breakfast is served earlier upon request.
- For the safety and comfort of our guests
and ourselves, we
have a no smoking policy within our home.
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Luggage may
be checked in earlier. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
- Reservations should be made well in advance,
especially during July and August.
- A 50% deposit by check, VISA or MasterCard
to guarantee your
reservation.
- Your depost is refundable with 7 day advanced notice. With less than
7 days notice, we will refund your deposit if we are able to re-rent
your room for the days you had reserved. Thanks for your understanding.
- Rates are effective through May
15, 2009.
